Swim Bike Run

Swim

300 Warm up

4x500 with 1:30 of rest in between each set
Kick Board for 20 minutes

10x25 Meter Freestyle Sprints

Bike 

10 mile ride at a moderate pace about 50 to 60 percent

Run 

5 mile run at race pace mark your time
